We are pleased to introduce the chefs who will be participating in An Incredible Feast this year!

An Incredible Feast features some of Seattle’s most talented and innovative chefs, paired with market farmers to create an incredible feast of unique and delicious bites, showcasing fresh farm ingredients.

Widely regarded as one of Seattle's best food events, An Incredible Feast allows you to hang with many of Seattle’s top-notch chefs, plus some of our fabulous local farmers, and enjoy an incredible cornucopia of local and seasonal flavors.

Tamara Murphy is the founder and honorary chair of An Incredible Feast. She’s also the chef behind the wildly successful Terra Plata, an "earth to plate" concept in Capitol Hill.

COOK | WEAVER’s chef and owner Zac Reynolds built the restaurant around his vision of welcoming, warm dinner parties, every night. The restaurant offers set 5 or 7 course meals featuring a variety of local and seasonal ingredients.

Danna Hwang is the Executive Chef at Vivienne’s Bistro and at the recently revamped China Harbor. Her cooking is inspired by traditional Cantonese recipes of her birthplace and modern fusion dishes. One of her signature dishes is roast duck with caramelized lemon.

Manna is a new take on fast-casual dining from the creative minds behind mbar and mamnoon. Executive Chef Sheena Owens offers a range of delicious Halal and Lebanese bowls, salads, and sandwiches.

Jack Timmons of Jack’s BBQ grew up in Texas, but has now lived in Seattle for three decades. BBQ has been his thing since 2012, when he attended BBQ Summer Camp at the Meat Sciences department of Texas A&M. Seattle has been lucky enough to be the home of his BBQ projects since.

Zephyr Paquette started Le Petit Paquet inspired by the idea that picnic is a state of mind. They serve light local fare and specialty pizzas out of their Richmond Beach restaurant. “We focus on locally-sourced ingredients (from farms whenever possible), highlighting seasonal flavors, and making things from scratch.”

Head Chef Luis Brambila, of Bar Dojo, is the creative behind the Asian Fusion Restaurant with a PNW twist!  Some staple menu items include their Ahi Poke Nachos, Red Miso Affogato, and Ube Rumchata.

Ethan Stowell, of Ethan Stowell Restaurants currently has 20 restaurants in and around Seattle. Some of his restaurants include Ballard Pizza Co., How To Cook A Wolf, and Staple & Fancy. He is also very involved in his community and charitable giving is an important piece of the ESR way.

Kottu’s Syd Suntha will also be joining the Incredible Feast. You may know him as the mastermind behind the 36-Course Wu-Tang Dinner, and other pop culture-based pop-ups around Seattle. He also serves his signature Kottu at the Phinney Farmers Market every Friday.

Dave Van Storm is the Chef/Owner behind Buckshot Honey, a Cascadian old west-inspired BBQ joint in historic downtown Snoqualmie. “This is the type of cooking that belongs in the mountains,” Storm said in an interview with Seattle Refined.

Eric Tanaka is the Executive Chef and Managing Partner of Tom Douglas Restaurants. “Historically, I don’t find that there is a Northwest cuisine, but more an ethos. That ethos, centered on the amazing seafood, foraged jewels and small ranched or farmed products, results in a diversity of personally tinged cuisine,” he said in an interview with Ravenous Farmer.

Brothers & Co. founding brothers Zach & Seth Pacleb may be familiar faces to regular market shoppers. The former market vendors have shifted their business model to focus on catering and private events, so we’re so excited to get a chance to eat their food again. “To us, food is an extension of our hearts. With the best that we can source from the growers and the wilderness around us, we share the most delicious creations in a style both familiar and progressive,” they say.

Johnny Courtney is Canlis’ former executive sous chef. Before his new contemporary restaurant, Atoma, opens in a converted Wallingford craftsman in fall 2023, Courtney has been focusing on various pop-up events that highlight local and seasonal ingredients, many directly from our farmers markets!

Meet these chefs and more at An Incredible Feast on September 17 from 5-8pm!
