During the market season, we invite master chefs to our markets for an amazing series of FREE cooking demos.  This year, we hosted over 20 demos at five of our farmers markets, with local and international master chefs showing us how to prepare delicious seasonal dishes, using fresh market produce.  These demos are a very unique opportunity to watch real goumet chefs in action and learn tips and secrets to making great food.  We hope these chefs inspire you to eat seasonally and help you learn more about local fruits and vegetables.

Copies of the chefs' recipes are handed out at the market following the demo.  We will also be posting the recipes here - please bear with us as we work on updating our website.  Meanwhile, if you missed a demo or didn't get a copy of a recipe, please check at the market's info table and ask for a copy there.
