During the market season, we invite master chefs to our markets for an amazing series of FREE cooking demos. These demos are a unique opportunity to watch professional chefs in action and learn tips and secrets to making great - and affordable - food. We hope these chefs inspire you to eat seasonally and help you learn more about local fruits and vegetables.
Copies of the chefs' recipes are handed out at the market following the demo. We are also posting some recipes here - please click on the titles below to see the recipes. We also have extra recipe copies at the market info tables.
