The lists below are based on farmers' best guesses of what they will be harvesting this week. To view a list of specific vendors selling at each market, see our Vendors pages.  The information below covers all of our markets - vendors and products will vary a bit from market to market.

Samish Bay at BW, UD and WS: Cow’s milk Ladysmith, Chive Ladysmith, Arugula Ladysmith, Black Mambazo, Aged Reserve Gouda (9 years), Queso Fresco, Queso Diablo, Queso Jalapeño, Fresh Mozzarella, Feta, Fresh Yogurt, Greek Yogurt, Labneh.  Also Organic Gouda, Flavored Goudas, Mont Blanchard Cheddar, Montasio (raw milk), Port Edison (raw milk). Cheeses from one day old to 9 or more years old. 

Sea Breeze Farm at UD:  Aged Cow’s milk (7 mos.) tome rounds, fresh whey Ricotta, Butter, Raw Milk, Raw Heavy Cream.

Tieton Farm and Creamery at CC and BW: Goat and Sheep’s milk farmstead artisan cheeses; fresh Chevre, washed rind goat/sheep, feat and Halloumi – blended goat and sheep spreadable cheese.

Willipa Hills Farmstead Cheeses at UD and BW: Fresh Cow and Sheep’s milk cheeses, Aged Blue, Yogurt Cheeses, Artisan Dips.

Nash’s at UD: Soft White Wheat Flour and Hard Red Flour. The flour is freshly ground within 48 hours of the market. Certified organic - sold in 2 and 4 lb. bags.

 

HONEY - Raw, unheated & unfiltered, at all markets.

Wild from Foraged and Found at UD only.

Cultivated: Shitake, Oyster, Lion’s Mane Mushrooms and Grow-Your-Own kits from Sno-Valley Mushrooms at BW and UD.  Terra Fleurs at CC and WS.

Sweetbread Cellars from Vashon Island at UD. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Brisage, Syrah and Blends brought to Market by Sea Breeze Farm.
