Below is the short list of what's on the market tables each month of the year (the complete list of all the varieties we see at the markets would fill several pages!). 

Be aware that offerings may vary slightly from market to market, and harvest times can change from season to season, depending on Mother Nature.  Each market day is an opportunity for discovery; something new, different, unusual - or an old favorite whose peak season has come around once again.  For a detailed list of what's on the market tables this week, see the Ripe and Ready page.

Note that proper storage will make some foods such as apples, potatoes, winter squashes, root vegetables, etc., available for weeks or even months after harvest.  Click here for helpful tips for market shoppers.

January-February:
