Please join us for Seattle’s own version of IRON CHEF.  Two of Seattle’s best chefs are challenged to make an original dish using only what’s fresh on the farmer’s tables.  Competing Chefs are Joseba Jimenez de Jimenez of Harvest Vine and Jason Wilson of Crush. Local celebrity judges this year will include His Honor, Mayor Greg Nickels.  This is one of Seattle’s most popular food events – so arrive early, grab your seat and be prepared to witness food greatness... under extreme (and fun) pressure.  The event begins at 10 am and is free and open to the public.
