Jessica Dalley of Seattle Free School will teach market shoppers a free class on preserving, canning and freezing fresh foods.  In the peak of summer, market tables - and perhaps your own garden as well! - are overloaded with delicious vegetables and fruits.  This is a great time to do some canning, freezing and preserving.  Shoppers take note: many farmers will give you a deal when you buy in bulk for canning or storing - be sure to ask!
