Master Chef cooking lesson at U-District, July 31: Using fresh herbs
Jerry Traunfeld of the Herb Farm will teach a FREE open-air class at the U-District market on July 31, 10am. Jerry will share tips and techniques for using the many wonderful fresh herbs that our market farmers grow. Anyone can stop by and watch - the class is informal and Jerry welcomes shoppers' questions about growing, buying and using herbs.
