Oyaila Land believes good food should be fresh, seasonal, down-to-earth and delicious. Oyaila’s catering business is dedicated to sustainability - she buys produce primarily from local farmers markets and works hard to ensure that the majority of the ingredients they use are local and/or organic. Oyaila Land Catering provides custom catering for all events and offers cooking classes that focus on fresh, local ingredients.

On September 22, Oyaila Land will share her knowledge of cooking delicious seasonal food with Broadway shoppers.  Oyaila’s demo will feature market fresh ingredients and will inspire tasty new ways to enjoy seasonal meals day-to-day and for special events alike.

Recipes will be provided at the demo and posted online.  All demos are FREE and open to the public.
