Chef Jeremy McLachlan of Salty’s cooks at West Seattle Farmers Market, July 18
Chef Jeremy McLachlan, a Washington native, has been working with Salty’s Restaurants since the tender age of 18. He has worked at various Salty’s locations and has most recently returned to the Alki Salty’s as their Executive Chef. Chef Jeremy brings charisma and enthusiasm to the kitchen and thrives on the great local ingredients available throughout the Puget Sound. “Living in the Pacific Northwest, we are fortunate to have an abundance of regional treasures. The use of these fresh ingredients is key to Salty’s Northwest cuisine,” says McLachlan.
Chef Jeremy plans to pump up the energy at his demo by incorporating audience participation and impromptu ingredient selections. Focusing on Washington’s delicious summer berries, Jeremy will bring his enthusiasm for the Pacific Northwest’s bounty of delicious local ingredients to West Seattle in what is sure to be a fun-filled market event!
