Chef in Residence at U-Distr Saturdays, 10am to noon

Not sure what to do with all the fresh stuff you see at the markets?  Get FREE advice from a gourmet chef at our "Ask the Chef" booth at the University District Farmers Market.  All questions regarding selecting, storing, preparing, using or cooking what's at the markets are welcome - or any other burning questions you have about food, cooking and what wine goes best with an arugula salad.  You can even bring your bag of market purchases to the Chef in Residence booth and ask: what can I make with this?

Take advantage of this unique FREE service and find out how you can make the most of what's in season from your local farmers.
