If you are a farmer or food processor interested in selling at our markets, please note the following information before you contact us:

-Read the "Vendors" page on this website first

-We do not have crafts or wholesalers at our markets; farmers and some processed foods only.  We also include a very small number of prepared, ready-to-eat foods at some markets only.  We prioritize vendors who use local farm ingredients.

-Stall spaces are generally booked for the season by February or March.

-If you would like information about how to apply to sell at our markets, please call us with the following information: a description of your farm, products and growing methods, and what time of year you wish to sell.  If you are a food processor, please tell us about your business, your products, and where you get your ingredients.  Note that we get dozens of requets from processed food vendors each season for space at the markets, but our space is very limited for these products.

-We also give some space to non-profit and community organizations wishing to provide outreach and information about their programs.  No selling is allowed (eg,. no bake sales, fundraising, etc) - the space is for local organizations that serve our communities to do outreach and education only.

Musicians and other entertainers interested in playing at our markets:

Contact the NFMA and preferably provide us with a sound sample or link.  We love all kinds of music, especially upbeat and family friendly.  We have several guidelines to keep in mind: music is kept at a low volume so as not to interfere with market conversations and sales (acoustic is preferred, but sometimes a little amplification can be accomodated); performers play for tips only; the markets do not provide any equipment other than a canopy to play under and a scheduled time/date for you to play.
